Always provides VISA with marketing coverage services, material design and manufacture. Aim to increase the brand’s exposure and strengthen the brand’s status in the mind of the cardholder. This project started in 2014 and has been highly recognized by the clients. Service Coverage: 1.From T1 to T2 cities. 2.Stores: 40800 stores in 2017, an increase of 10% comparing to 2016. Service Requirement: 1.Make the shop route in advance each week, avoid duplication. 2.Purposeful visits to stores, improve efficiency. 3.Dressed neatly when visiting the merchants, not only for Always, but also for the image of Visa. 4.Well behaved and keep profession in the working hours, improve the merchants’ trust and cooperation with the commissioners. Difficulties: 1.Stores do not know much about the function of POS, they need professional solutions from the commissioners. 2.The coverage of the chain stores needs to be negotiated with the headquarters. Challenges: 1.Professional answer is required for VISA’s channel mode. 2.Professional training and solutions Q&A is required for the new functions of VISA. Solutions: Focus on the marketing changes, organize professional training, update the merchant Q&A regularly, show the professionalism of the merchants. Achievements: 1.The overall coverage rate increased by more than 10% a year, and T2 cities increased by more than 20%.

2.Now, the coverage of key business districts and tourist centers in T1 cities has reached more than 80%, T2 cities has reached more than 60%.
